A family home that takes advantage of the views and limited available above ground volume through a layout with living spaces on the top floor, with a number of terraces and panoramic windows overlooking the valley. Approval was gained by working closely with planning / design officers, developing a high quality contemporary design with clever use of space, using local natural materials and earth sheltered construction.
