Kate Morland is currently working towards a PhD looking at how a UK volume housebuilder learns, and the learning processes over time associated with changes in specific organisational procedures. Kate will open the session with the big picture about design & build quality in housing through organisational learning.
Kate will be followed by Fionn Stevenson, author of recently published Housing Fit for Purpose, who will focus more on housing post-occupancy evaluation as part of that improvement cycle.
The session will be followed with an opportunity for Q&A, with refreshments provided. We do hope you will take this opportunity to join us for learning and debate around the topic of housing, followed by networking.
